Soccer Season is in full swing. Here in the Northwest, we play and practice rain or shine. We've definitely had our share of wet and cold, but it makes us really appreciate it when the sun shines.

Uncle Mat came to watch the kids play on one of the days when the sun was shining. He brought his nice camera and got some great pictures of the kids.

Here Linsey is gearing up for the big game.

This is Linsey's 3rd season and she still runs around the field with a smile on her face. She really loves it.

Hunter, on the other hand, has his tongue hanging out in most of these pictures.

This is Hunter's first soccer season. He's doing great and seems to score almost every game. They play 3 on 3 with no goalie. It's funny to watch because it's pretty much a swarm of all 6 boys fighting over the ball.

And here we have the 2 cutest little sideline cheerleaders. Emma and her cousin Olivia.

Soccer Season makes for a busy month and a half, but Linsey and Hunter never complain about all the hard work or even the less than perfect weather. They each practice twice a week and wish they could practice more... (not me). They love soccer so much that it really is worth it in the end. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

Those are great pictures. Do they at least practice at the same time? Baseball season always kills me because there is a least one baseball related thing on the schedule everyday Mon-Sat and sometimes there are two things in one day. Exhausting.
Man, I feel your pain. I keep complaining to my family about having Saturdays taken up with games, and practices all week long. They tell me, "just wait until Emmaline starts also." I guess it will get pretty nutty, but it is fun. We go for 3 months though. I wish we only had a month and a half of it. We will be done at the end of November. It started the first week of September. I am so ready for it to be done. The kids are already talking about which sports they want to play in the Spring though. Just exhausts me thinking about it! I wish we lived closer so we could get them on the same teams!
It's only just the beginning... Brian and I miss the days of free Saturday's!
My kids love that your kids also play soccer! We are right there with ya... every Saturday!!!
