Twins

Most of my kids have a twin cousin. We joke about how they were supposed to be twins, but had to split up and come to two different families.

Here we have Hunter (left) and Zach (right). They are only a month apart. We laugh every time we get together because they are SO similar.

Next, we have Emma and Gavin. They are only 5 days apart. They are the same size and height. They have the same shade of strawberry blond hair and similar coloring. So cute, and they are the best of friends too.


Even Austin has a twin cousin. Jared's sister Mandy had Blake (left) 3 weeks after I had Austin (right).

When I was first pregnant with Austin, Jared really thought we were going to be having twin boys. He was so sure about it that it was almost a surprise when the ultrasound confirmed that we were only having one baby. (It was a relief to me.) We decided that Blake must be that second boy.

I love that my kids can have a "twin", but lucky me, I only have to raise one at a time! Phew.
