Luck

St Patrick's Day is usually not a big deal around our house. I often make green pancakes or turn our milk green and of course we all wear green. Well, except for this year when Hunter decided that it would be fun to go to school and have everyone pinch him so he chose not to wear green. The day comes and goes without too much excitement, usually. This year, we felt sorta lucky!

My brother Doug who is about to finish his Bachelor's degree at BYU found out that he got accepted to Physical Therapy school! He and his family will be headed off to Idaho. Yahoo!

My parents got a full price offer on their house. It is contingent on the sale of their home so my parents will still keep it on the market, but they are thrilled!

And last, but certainly not least, my newest nephew made his St. Paddy's Day debut arriving at 1:38 p.m.

Hudson Scott McInelly

We think he's adorable, congratulations Mat and Bri!

So now, unless there is something I don't know, there are no pregnant McInelly mommies-to-be which is strange considering that Jared and I had our first 3 kids, and then the rest of his family all started having kids after Emma was born which means 8 babies (including Austin) in under 5 years.

Emma and Olivia adoring baby Hudson. So cute!

I don't know that St. Patrick's Day will always be this exciting, but now we at least have a birthday to celebrate every year!

Hopefully Hudson likes green.

Hooray! Such great news for everyone! Did your Mom always serve green food on St. Patty's day? My Mom ALWAYS did, maybe they got it from Grandma Stacey.
