Halloween 2015

Holidays are so much fun!  We love all of the traditions that go along with the different holidays that come around this time of the year.  Carving pumpkins is definitely lots of fun, especially when you carve them with friends!

I let Emma and Austin invite 3 friends each to a Halloween party which they planned out and for the most part ran.

My sweet neighbor came by to help out, it's a good thing because right during the middle on the mummy wrap (which was a race), someone had to leave to go to the bathroom and she stepped in.

We played Halloween Bingo and decorated cookies.

Some of the kids took them home, some ate them right away.

They loved playing musical chairs, it got a little wild.

This game is always hilarious.  They have to get the cookie from their forehead to their mouth without using their hands.

They tried it this way too and discovered that it wasn't any easier laying down.

On Halloween, Hunter and his friends went to a costume/birthday party.  I'm not sure what Hunter is, but his brains are showing so that's kinda creepy.

Jared began getting Austin and Emma ready.  As soon as they announced they wanted to be scary zombies, I turned the costume planning over to him.  Austin had plans to look scary and trick or treat to a few houses, then scare kids, then trick or treat, then scare kids.  Back and forth all night long.

I think he turned out pretty scary!

And Emma, oh my!  What happened to my adorable, sweet girl?
I could hardly look at her, but she was equally thrilled with her costume makeup.

Linsey invited a couple of friends over.  They looked great and had fun eating pizza and all sorts of delicious Halloween treats.  They took pictures, played games and watched movies.

It was a little wet out, but not too bad and thankfully not too cold.

Of course we had to visit the coolest house in our neighborhood.  Every year this guy builds something amazing.  This year it was a pirate ship that was firing off cannons. ( at least it appeared that way).

I bet people who know these two adorable girls didn't even recognize them.

What a fun (and successful) night!

Even Milo got in on the excitement!

Happy Halloween!
