We got home from our big trip (more on that later) just in time to celebrate Austin's birthday. He is such and easy child to love. He's snuggly and sweet and pretty easy going, plus I find him to be super adorable. Austin brings out the sweetest side in each of his siblings, I love watching the way they interact with "baby Austin."

Linsey and Emma baked the cake and decorated it. They borrowed eggs from the neighbor only they got two instead of three. Oops! We learned that it does make a difference. Austin didn't seem to care though. He loved blowing out the candles so much that we did it over...

and over...
and over...
and over again!

Then it was present time. I think Emma who was shopping with me at the time of the purchase was more excited than anyone else. She knew Austin was getting a wagon and she had already decided that she and Austin were going to sit in it together and have goldfish and a drink just like the two kids in the picture.

I think Austin was pretty excited about the gift too.
